By accessing or using any of our services—including business strategy calls, consulting, templates, workbooks, or digital downloads—you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Disclaimer of Liability

Bee Method Strategies provides business consulting, strategic guidance, and digital education. We are not attorneys, accountants, or licensed mental health professionals.
By working with us, you acknowledge that no legal, financial, or therapeutic advice is being provided.

You are solely responsible for the business and personal decisions you make as a result of our work together.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, increased revenue, or business growth.
Bee Method Strategies is not liable for any actions, losses, or results arising from the use of our materials or recommendations.

2. Fees, Scheduling, and No-Show Policy

Consultation Fees:
All Business Strategy Calls are paid in full prior to booking. Rates are listed at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice.

Scheduling:
After payment is received, you will receive an email with a Google Meet booking link to select your preferred date and time.
All calls are conducted virtually through Google Meet, and the meeting link will be provided in your confirmation email once your time is selected.

No-Show Policy:
If you do not join the call within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, it will be marked as a no-show. No refund or reschedule will be offered.

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Any missed or late cancellations will be treated as a no-show.

Termination for Multiple No-Shows:
After two missed or late sessions, Bee Method Strategies reserves the right to decline future bookings.

3. Payments and Refunds

All services, consultations, templates, workbooks, and digital downloads are 100% non-refundable.
Payment must be received in full before services are rendered or products are delivered.
No refunds or credits will be issued for dissatisfaction, missed sessions, or perceived outcomes.

4. Scope of Work & Boundaries

Bee Method Strategies provides educational resources and consulting designed to support your business operations, systems, and structure.

We do not offer:

Legal, tax, or financial representation
Medical, psychological, or therapeutic services
Business management or implementation of your operations

Our goal is to guide and empower you to make informed, self-directed decisions.
We reserve the right to decline or terminate services at any time for ethical reasons, misalignment, or inappropriate conduct.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information and communicate clearly during all sessions.
Implement recommendations at your own discretion and risk.
Ensure that any actions taken based on Bee Method Strategies content comply with your local laws and regulations.
Respect confidentiality and intellectual property rights of all materials shared.

6. Intellectual Property

All Bee Method Strategies content—including frameworks, templates, digital downloads, and materials—is protected by copyright.
You may not reproduce, share, resell, or redistribute any materials without written permission.
Purchasing a product grants you personal, non-transferable use only.

7. Technology and Communication

All Business Strategy Calls are conducted virtually via Google Meet.
You are responsible for ensuring you have access to a stable internet connection and the technology required to participate.
Bee Method Strategies is not responsible for connection issues, lost emails, or missed messages due to spam filters or user error.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Bee Method Strategies or its representatives be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or products.
You agree to hold Bee Method Strategies harmless from any claims or damages related to your participation, results, or reliance on the information provided.

9. Updates to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time.
Continued use of our site or services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
